PROCESS

Our research showed that Lime’s prospective users have never tried riding a Lime vehicle due to simply having no knowledge on how to operate them. Existing users also have experienced issues such as parking violations and accidents due to a lack of knowledge on road rules. Our goal was to eliminate rider confusion while also increasing safety within riders.

RESEARCH SUMMARY

Iterations allowed us to determine that a realistic lined illustration style was more effective than the tech-trendy Corporate Memphis style. Users were able to imitate the animations more effectively in real life when the illustration style resembled realistic humans both visually and proportionally.
